  2. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy — HBOT — 90 minutes, immediately afterward

Each visit takes 105 minutes in total: PEMF first, then HBOT. The latest combined start time is 5:15 p.m.

Up to four hours at Whealth: PEMF (15 minutes), Whole Body Vibration (10 minutes), Compression Boots (25 minutes, with a weighted blanket and NuCalm audio), KAATSU bands (20 minutes) and/or the Red-Light Face Mask, plus one complimentary tea. The ice bath is coming soon and is not available today.
