Whealth Approved

Teas, products and peptides, chosen with care.

Modern life asks a lot of us. We choose what we bring to Whealth with care, and we share it in three parts: herbs and teas to slow down with, products for everyday well-being, and an honest look at peptides.

Herbs to slow down with.

At Whealth, we source a changing selection of herbs and teas from Mountain Rose Herbs. Come discover what we’re brewing and what’s available to take home. Our selection changes, so message us to ask which teas are in stock today.

Mountain Rose Herbs’ own website shows its full range. What we hold at the center is a smaller, changing selection, so please ask before you visit.

Make tea a small ritual

A good cup of tea is as much about the pause as the plant. Choose something you like, give it time, and let the moment be part of it.

  1. Choose

Pick an herb or blend for its flavor and the mood you’re in: bright and minty, soft and floral, or warm and earthy.

  2. Steep

Add hot water, cover the cup and give it a few minutes. The waiting is part of the ritual.

  3. Slow down

Sit with it, away from screens if you can. Notice the smell, the warmth and the first sip.

Why different herbs

Herbs are chosen for different reasons:

  • Flavor

From citrusy and bright to earthy and sweet, there is an herb for most tastes.

  • Relaxation

Many people simply find a warm cup and a quiet moment calming.

  • Plant compounds

Herbs contain many naturally occurring plant compounds, and they are a big part of each plant’s aroma and taste.

  • Minerals

Depending on their ingredients, some teas may contribute small amounts of minerals.

We’re happy to talk about traditional uses, including teas commonly associated with digestion or “detox” routines. Traditional use isn’t proof, and we don’t claim that any tea removes toxins, corrects a deficiency or treats a condition.

Where the herbs come from

We source from Mountain Rose Herbs, an herb company that says its first choice is always certified organic and that, when organic isn’t available, it chooses ethically wildharvested or “cultivated without chemicals” herbs. That means not every herb it sells is certified organic, and we can’t say every tea we carry is. Ask us about a specific tea and we’ll check its label.

Herbs can interact with medications and aren’t right for everyone, including during pregnancy. If you take medication or have a health condition, check with a licensed medical professional before trying a new herb.

Products

Products we look at closely

We look closely at what we bring to Whealth: its ingredients, its quality, its purpose and the people behind it. We use selected products ourselves, and we choose what fits our approach to everyday well-being. That is our own judgment, not a promise: no product works the same way for everyone, and we don’t claim that any of them is clinically proven for you.

Whealth Approved means we have carefully reviewed the product, selected it for our own use or recommendation, and believe it meets our standards for quality and usefulness. It is not a government, regulatory, or medical certification, and it does not replace individualized medical advice.

At the center

Some Whealth Approved products may be available at Whealth. Our selection changes, so message us to ask what’s currently here, or stop by and we’ll talk you through it.

Others you can buy from the brand itself through links we provide. Where a brand has one, you’ll find its link on its card below.

Each brand’s own website shows its full range. What we have at the center is a smaller, changing selection, so please ask what’s available before you visit.

Peptides

Peptides: start with good questions.

Peptides are an emerging and increasingly discussed area of health. People often have questions about what they’re used for and about combining them, and what you find online ranges from careful to overhyped.

Decisions about peptides deserve careful thought: the evidence, the quality and source of a product, the risks, your individual circumstances, and the oversight of a licensed medical professional.

Whealth doesn’t sell peptides online, doesn’t present them as ordinary supplements and doesn’t promise outcomes. What we offer is education.

Peptide Consultation

Explore it with the Peptide Consultation

In this educational consultation with Dasha Maximov, you talk through your goals, the options that may be relevant to you, how different options are sometimes considered together, and the potential benefits, limitations, risks and monitoring considerations. You leave with written educational notes and questions for a licensed medical professional. It is not a prescription, medical diagnosis, medical clearance or dosing order.

Questions worth taking to a qualified professional

  1. What exactly is this substance, and what is it approved and labelled for?
  2. Is it made for human use, or labelled for laboratory research only?
  3. Given my health history and any medications, does it make sense for me at all?
  4. Who would supervise it, and how would I be monitored?
  5. How can I check where it comes from, how it was tested and which batch it is?

Professional research supplier

Velara Medical Group

Velara supplies materials to licensed providers, pharmacies and research institutions, and labels its products for laboratory research use only. They aren’t offered to the public, aren’t presented here as treatments, and aren’t sold through this website.

If you’d like to know more, ask us and we’ll explain the difference between research-use and human-use products.

Whealth doesn’t sell peptides online, doesn’t recommend doses, stacks or products, and doesn’t diagnose or prescribe. Dasha Maximov does not prescribe. Some compounds discussed online are sold for laboratory research only and aren’t approved for human use. Peptide use requires review, approval and monitoring by an appropriately licensed medical professional.

Ask a question

Hi! I’m Whealth’s question helper. I’m an automated tool, not a person. I answer from the information published on this website: services, prices, hours, policies, membership and retreats.

I can’t book appointments, check live availability, or give medical advice, and nothing is booked through this chat. For anything personal, you can message the Whealth team.

You don’t need to share your name, phone number or health history. Your question is only used to find an answer and isn’t saved.
