Privacy Policy

This is a placeholder privacy policy. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and should be replaced with a finalized policy before the site handles real client bookings or data.

Whealth Recovery Center (“Whealth,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page describes, at a placeholder level, the kinds of information we may collect through this website and how we intend to use it.

Information we collect

When you contact us or request a booking, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your inquiry. We do not collect payment card information through this website. We do not store unnecessary medical information on the public website — any health screening information is collected separately, in person or through a dedicated intake process, and is not published or processed through this site.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and send booking confirmations and reminders by email and WhatsApp. We do not sell client information. If you send a retreat inquiry through our website form, the details you enter (name, email, timing, interests and any message) are delivered to us by email through a third-party email delivery service; we use them only to reply to your inquiry.

Ask a question

Hi! I’m Whealth’s question helper. I’m an automated tool, not a person. I answer from the information published on this website: services, prices, hours, policies, membership and retreats.

I can’t book appointments, check live availability, or give medical advice, and nothing is booked through this chat. For anything personal, you can message the Whealth team.

You don’t need to share your name, phone number or health history. Your question is only used to find an answer and isn’t saved.
